Fully renovated in 2020, this house was designed to provide comfort, privacy, and well-being. Accommodating up to 5 people, it features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a double bed and a single bed. The house includes an indoor bathroom, a spacious living room with large glass windows that open directly to the garden and pool, creating a unique connection between the interior and exterior, especially at the end of the day when the atmosphere transforms into a true scene of tranquility. The kitchen is modern, white, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The house also offers air conditioning, television, and internet. Outside, you’ll find a private exotic garden designed for relaxation and socializing. The pool, seamlessly integrated into the garden space, is saltwater and enjoys excellent sun exposure throughout the day. Around it, there are loungers and outdoor cushions, perfect for unwinding. There is also an outdoor shower next to the pool. For food lovers, the house has a barbecue, ideal for preparing fresh fish or a picanha and enjoying a relaxed meal outdoors. In front of the main house, there is a unique support space with a rustic kitchen and a bathroom, perfect for family or friends’ gatherings. This space, with glass walls that fully open to the garden, allows complete integration with the outdoors, creating the perfect environment for extended social moments. This is the ideal place for those seeking tranquility, privacy, and a welcoming atmosphere to enjoy quality time with family or friends, away from the fast pace of everyday life. For this reason, and also for insurance and neighborhood respect, parties are not allowed. The house is also an excellent option for professional events such as seminars, team-building, photo shoots, or recordings for digital content creators, product presentations, brand launches, or even celebrations such as birthdays. The location is a great advantage, with various services and amenities nearby: a grocery store with traditional products right next to the house, a bakery, pharmacy, florist, post office, and gas station just minutes away. For activities and leisure, you can enjoy Aroeira Golf Course (about 20 minutes), karting in Palmela, hiking and experiences in the Arrábida, as well as padel courts in Quinta do Anjo.
