Apesar de se encontrar perto do centro de Cascais (com restaurantes, bares e supermercado na zona) este apartamento é extremamente sossegado. A casa está situada a 700 m da praia num bairro residencial sossegado. Tem uma grande varanda sobre o vale em frente e com vista para o mar. No piso inferior encontra-se a sala de estar com 40 m2 com lareira, um quarto com casa de banho e uma cozinha. No piso superior um quarto em suite com casa de banho, um segundo quarto com 2 camas e um terceiro quarto com uma cama individual e outra cama por baixo da primeira.
