This single level home will sleep up to 6 and is updated with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The cottage is centrally located in beautiful Hot Springs Village. Lakes, golf courses, walking trails and scenic views offer something for everyone.

The Treehouse is a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Tropical Treehouse set in a ten acre Jungle Garden with a canal lagoon. Private mature forest park of 250 acres and five miles of nature trails. There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

Enjoy serene hiking areas excellent for peace and getting back to nature. Horses are nearby so enjoy watching them play. All the amenities you can imagine, full size refrigerator, oven and microwave and washer and dryer. A romantic picnic area with soft lights and plenty of privacy. Pet friendly! Enjoy a romantic mountain top getaway for 2 within the trees! (4x4 or AWD is required) The property is situated on top of Jack Mountain just outside of Hot Springs, AR off scenic Hwy 7. A total of 17 wooded acres provides ample opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. There are currently two other rental cabins on the mountain, however, it is private and peaceful with amazing mountain views. Under 10 minutes to local eateries, grocery stores, Lake Hamilton and more.
