Welcome fisherman and families alike! Located directly on the Carrabelle river, you have a fantastic deep pool fishing spot right on the dock. Dock is equipped with a cleaning station, electricity and water. House is a 2 BR 2BA 1100 sqft modular home. Master bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bath/shower combo. Second bedroom has full on full bunk beds. Second bathroom has a standup shower. Kitchen is fully stocked to cook your catch! Screened in porch overlooking the beautiful river.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrige,microwave and coffee maker and even coffee. 1 full size bed , a sofa bed,Dish television and WiFi are provided. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.
