Meet our friendly wild mustangs, mini-horses, goats & chickens. Cook feasts in the gourmet kitchen, and gather round the huge farm table in front of the kitchen fireplace. At night, cozy up outside at the large fire pit, in the hot tub, or inside around the big screen TV. We can't wait to help you create unforgettable memories in Ojai!

Charming Carpinteria Beach House! This 2 story 3 bedroom house is perfect for your next family vacation. The home is perfectly located, 1 1/2 blocks to the beach, half a block to the beautiful Salt Marsh and walking trail & 2 blocks to downtown. A City of Carpinteria Transient Occupancy Tax of 15% will be collected separate from Airbnb fees based on the total nightly fee plus cleaning fee. Fee is due prior to check-in and made payable to the owner for remittance to the City (CMC 14.47.080b.)

Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

We're excited to welcome you to our rental that is a beautiful 2 bedroom - 2 bath located just a couple minutes walk from Butterfly Beach and Coast Village Road. Enjoy the avocado, lime, meyer lemon, orange and fig trees in the fenced yard. We encourage you enjoy any ripe fruit during your stay. Traveling with kiddos? The Ojai Cowboy Cabin at Rancho Grande

Founded in 1875 this Old West ranch allows guests to enjoy comfortable living in the Forest. Close to town but with no neighbors for miles. Hike forest trails with access from the property. A private, sustainable off the grid getaway, the Ranch has two spring fed ponds and a creek running through it. Interact with a wide variety of farm animals and experience abundant wildlife. Guests are provided a jeep to explore the majestic hills and the scenic 200-acre grounds.

Please note that there is a $85 pet fee for your pets stay. Many great restaurants, and a natural grocery store (Lazy Acres) .
