Close to downtown restaurants/shopping (9 min), beaches/Naples Pier (14 min). DOG POLICY: Only after owner's approval, a non-shedding small dog is allowed with $100 per dog non-refundable fee (2 dog maximum).

We welcome you to your next adventure! This 3-bedroom home is located in a unique, historic "Old-Florida" style town known as Everglades City (a.k.a. Ochopee). Home includes beautiful & serene waterfront views where you can lie back, relax, read a book or have a drink, while your kids can fish from the dock! The "mini-apartment" is within walking distance of the canal where you can go bird watching and possibly see other wildlife. The apartment is outside of the busy hustle and bustle of the city but within driving distance of the beach. There are several restaurants with indoor or outdoor dining options.

Bring your boat to this waterfront community in the heart of the Everglades and the 10,000 Islands. Across from the Marjory Stoneman Douglas Visitor Center, Everglades Gulf Coast Center. Great fishing and boating community. The cabin is cozy and rustic. Sleeps up to 4 guests. There is a screened outdoor living space overlooking the water. Community heated pool. 20$ boat launch fee to be paid next door at Glades store. Loft space and utility room are off limits to guests.

After a day of fishing or kayaking simply relax in a rocking chair on the 600 sqft screen porch.
