Sage Cottage is a quaint home conveniently located on one of the main roads through town. Easy access to everything Carlsbad has to offer, but private and serene with a huge yard. Beds for 6 guests ( queen, full, 2 twins) in 3 bedrooms w AC plus complete kitchen, dining space, and spacious yet cozy living room. Two bathrooms (although the upstairs one is mostly for children due to its small size). Plenty of off-street parking, easy keypad check in, and local co-host keep your stay worry-free.

Rest and relax by the banks of the Pecos River in this tastefully remodeled, comfortable, two bedroom, two bath, three bed townhouse, with two car garage. We are situated in a safe setting with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Enjoy all that the Pecos offers, including a fun view of the river's activities from the back yard patio or upstairs balcony. Whether you are fishing, boating, swimming, or lounging around, an enjoyable time awaits you. Sorry no smoking and no pets allowed.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of this small, cozy home. The space includes refrigerated air, washer and dryer, wi-fi, cable tv, complete kitchen for cooking, microwave, grill, porch swing, patio table and chairs, shady fenced yard, covered carport and patio, clothes line, iron and ironing board, 55 " tv in living room and one bedroom has a small tv. The owner is next door and available to answer questions and make recommendations.

Enjoy this adorable casita right on the Pecos River! This is an excellent location to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park and other nearby attractions. Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**
