This is a newly renovated 1 bed room house with a full kitchen and coffee set up. There’s a brand new washer and dryer with detergent available. It has a 65 inch TV with surround sound. There’s a queen size bed and a hide away couch for sleeping arrangements. Safe quiet neighborhood, the draw here is the breakfast.

Private space in a quiet secluded neighborhood a few minutes north of Carlsbad. Enjoy all that Carlsbad has to offer, without having to stay right in town. 4ish miles (no traffic) to Main Street District, Yellow Brix patio and indoor dining, Nurvis Purvis Brewery (new) with The Carrot Top on property (great food!), Milton's Brewing with events, miniature golf, Christmas on the Pecos, Albertson's grocery store. Carlsbad Cozy Casita

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The casita is a separate house. You have your own entrance for privacy, your own fenced in yard with a grill and car port. We did a complete renovation and added a new fridge and new washer and dryer. All new kitchen ware. Dishes, coffee pot etc. Brand new furniture as well. We are proud of our hard work and happy to open up our home to you. King size bed and twin size air up mattress.

Enjoy this adorable casita right on the Pecos River! This is an excellent location to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park and other nearby attractions. Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-March 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**
