Centrally located , with a DollarGeneral , Allsups and a burger joint within walking distance, safe-neighborhood, gated property. Covered parking on premises. Access to my place will be through the alley , which is a wide and clean alley. Children and pets welcome. With a chance to view our beloved pet sulcata tortoise “Stanley” whose burrow is right behind this unit, he is the 3rd largest tortoise in the world

The Bee: Great Studio Nice Area!

Sweet simple studio apartment for a single or couple. Complete kitchen, dining area or desk, bathroom with walk in shower, and comfortable Queen sized bed. The apartment is private, but it shares the property (Big yard space with native plants & laundry room) w/ the main house which is listed separately (see my listing the Bird- and rent both for a larger group!). You have your own designated covered parking, and the apartment is separated from the bigger house by the garage so it is very quiet.

Enjoy a comfortable space (while avoiding noisy hotel parking lots) an hour from sitting bull falls & 45m from caverns. 🆕 pillow-top mattress/bed. Bath: shower, toilet, sink. Kitchen w/cabinets, sink, no dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, gas stove inoperable due to fire hazard (small apt). Side note: cosmetic issue on countertop from previous tenants.. doesn’t affect usage. Also for now, just the deadbolt locks, not the bottom knob. 2 window ac units-in the winter there’s a space heater.

There is ample parking for multiple vehicles and trailers. Pets are welcome. The home has central air and is built within the workshop (guests are not permitted to enter the workshop). The sunsets are beautiful with unobstructed views when you're out in front of the main house. Only 30 minutes to the caverns. Oilfield friendly.

The Oasis is a private detached Guest house next to a larger home in the nicest part of Carlsbad. Pass through a shady courtyard to the private entry of your cozy casita that sleeps up to 5 ( 4 more comfortable ). Living room w/ kiva fireplace, daybed with trundle plus chair size sofa bed, smart TV, Kitchen & dining. Bedroom w/ queen bed, & bathroom w/ laundry. Share the beautiful backyard, with covered patio, hammock, bbq. Please note our hot tub broke and is no longer an amenity.

It also has a new QUEEN SIZE BED It has private parking with a private entrance and a small back yard with privacy hot tub. It’s located in the center of towns witch makes accessing everything convenient. Including Lake Carlsbad which is a 5 min drive. no breakfast available Sundays.
