Vicino alle più belle spiagge della zona e a pochi minuti dalla piazza dove fruire del servizio di traghetti per l'isola di Tavolara. Nelle immediate vicinanze supermercati, ristoranti, banca, lavanderia e negozi di vario genere.

Cala Suaraccia (sandy beach) is only 300m away and many other stunning beaches can be reached by foot. The semi-detached villa (renovated in 2019/2020) is surrounded by a 1000m2 garden with typical mediterranean vegetation offering various areas for relaxing in the open. It lies 23km south of the Olbia Airport.
