Inside, our light-filled home is furnished with a mix of vintage and contemporary furniture. Bikes are provided and a Cove Beach box stores beach chairs & your items.

Brainard Beach Cottage (Ocean front cozy cottage)

You will fall in love with this cozy and quaint little cottage as soon as you step inside. It is steps from the beach, allowing you to scoot outside at the last minute for the sunset. Outside, you can hear the ocean while you relax on the hammock or enjoy the shade of the large tree in the back yard. Enjoy making smores in the fire pit. Cook up some burgers on the portable grill. Inside, enjoy the newly renovated home. Refurbished original hardwood floors and a new washer and dryer.

The cottage is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. A quiet peaceful setting. The cottage is not childproof and not suitable for children 2 to 12 years.

Dragonfly Cottage is a hotel style unit with queen bed on a quiet street on Cape May Island a mile from the beach and town. It is a bright, sunny room with a vaulted ceiling, private entrance, off street parking and screened in porch for having your morning coffee. Located in easy biking distance to both Cape May, West Cape May and the Point, it is a good base for a great vacation. Beach tags and beach chairs provided. Simplicity..close to Coast Guard base, mall, beach

Simplicity at the beach...ease of living....you won't need a vacation after staying here...our sole purpose is to provide a space where you feel comfortable and relaxed enough to enjoy our beautiful town. We do provide sheets, pillows, blankets, and bath towels for 4 people. 😊 We also have a guidebook that has many things to do around town. Please check it out. No pets as daughter is allergic. FYI…no charging golf carts or electric vehicles.
