Village apartment near SLU

Enjoy being easy walking distance to St. Lawrence University and main street. The efficiency apartment has a full kitchen and cozy combined bedroom and seating room with a view over the deck and backyard where a BBQ is available. The entrance from the deck is private and separate from the main house where I live with two quiet dogs on a friendly street. The apartment is 20 m walking/5 m driving to SUNY Canton and 15 m driving to Potsdam. There are also trails and two golf courses nearby.

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this private second-floor apartment above an attached garage with its own entrance. Sleeps up to 4, clean and well-equipped with everything you need. Dog friendly with prior approval. Limited yard access, weather permitting. No cleaning fee; I simply ask that you leave the apartment tidy upon departure, or a fee may be added after checkout. Walk to SLU in minutes and downtown Canton; SUNY Canton is a short walk across the footbridge or a quick drive.

There is one queen bed, one king bed, and two daybeds that turn into kings, making the space great for families visiting the beautiful North Country or parents in town for St. Lawrence activities. Once you visit, you’ll never want to stay anywhere else in Canton.

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.

This studio is a great spot to hang your hat if you plan on spending most of your time out and about enjoying the area with friends and family.
