Close to Route 93 and several attractions. *This apartment is an addition to a house which may be rented out at the same time. ** Located 15 minutes south of Loon Mountain and 15 minutes north of Waterville Valley. Less then 5 minutes from the Pemi River Campground where you can rent tubes, canoes, and kayaks. Also a short drive from Rocky Ridge Ranch and 50 minutes from Santa’s Village.
