During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. You will be surrounded by the best haute cuisine restaurants and entertainment options. If you have access to a private vehicle, you will be able to move around the city more flexibly. Keep in mind that the centre of Madrid can have heavy traffic, especially during rush hour, so it is advisable to plan your trips in advance and consider other options if traffic is heavy. From the moment you make your booking and throughout your stay in the accommodation, until the moment you leave, I will be at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. As an added benefit for our guests, no additional charge will be applied for check-in after this time, offering you greater flexibility in case of a later arrival. We also offer early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, subject to apartment availability. Please note that in case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the apartment, the cost of locksmith services (€150) will be the responsibility of the guest and must be paid directly to the locksmith. It is important to note that parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to fines imposed by the appropriate authorities. Beds and towels will be prepared for the number of people indicated in the reservation. Accommodating more people than specified in the reservation is not allowed. We kindly remind you to turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment, and to take out the trash daily, especially during summer months. Please ensure that the apartment is left tidy upon your departure and treat the space with respect. Tourist flat registered and in compliance with current regulations. Our flat complies with all the tourist regulations in force in Spain. It has an official registration number for rental as a tourist flat and a licence.

Es una estancia de 35 m pensada para tu comodidad con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. El estudio consta de unos 35 metros, a 600 metros de la estación de metro EUGENIA DE MONTIJO, en 15 min llegaréis al centro turístico. Acceso a la calle independiente sin escaleras. Ideal para parejas, familias o grupos de máximo 3 personas. En la misma estancia encuentras el salón, el dormitorio y la cocina, el baño tiene su privacidad. Damos mucha prioridad a la limpieza e higiene, nos resulta muy importante que encuentres todo como si lo fueras a estrenar. Es un espacio relajante, cuidado al detalle y pensado para ser perfecto en cada ocasión. Para dormir y descansar bien, tiene cama de matrimonio con colchón viscoelastico y sofá-cama para 1 persona, el sofá cama queda a ras de suelo como se aprecia en las imágenes. Tendrás un juego de sábanas limpio para cada cama, además de almohadas, mantas etc. El baño es súper completo, en el que encontrarás juegos de toallas para cada huésped y ducha de hidromasaje, no necesitas cargar en la maleta con gel, champú ni acondicionador ya que te lo proporcionamos junto con secador de pelo. También está dotado de lavadora por si necesitas usarla junto con los utensilios para hacer la colada (tendedero, pinzas, y barreño). Cuenta con una mesa plegable donde pueden comer hasta 3 personas, al lado de la cocina, y cuando no la necesites, podrás recogerla para obtener más espacio. La cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar como nevera, vitrocerámica, cafetera, microhondas y por supuesto todos los utensilios pertinentes. En resumen es el sitio perfecto donde llegar tras un día en la capital, intentamos crear una armonía que te ayude a descansar y sentirte como si estuvieras en tu casa. Cuidamos cada detalle, nos gusta recibir a nuestros huéspedes y darles la bienvenida con todos los sentidos. Desde un olor agradable y limpio cuando entras, una imagen de armonía y color que te invita a quedarte, una chocolatina para degustar, información e instrucciones fáciles para evitar confusiones, un desayuno para que no tengáis que correr a por un café el primer día. Elige un espacio nuevo, actual, reformado, súper completo e impoluto. No hay zonas comunes, ya que el alojamiento es privado para las personas que lo ocupen. El alojamiento se ubica en una urbanización /recinto cerrado. Tiene acceso directo desde la calle e independiente. No hay que subir ni rampas ni escaleras. No tiene acceso desde ningún portal ni requiere de ascensor.
