camden cottage.

This is a small older house that has been restored that I own and use for summer visits to Camden.. It is a 15 minute walk to the harbor and a 15 minutes walk to a town swimming beach on the lake. There is a river on the back side of the house which is hard to access but has a wonderful sound that you can hear in the back bedroom and deck. while this is not a luxary vacation home it is a comfortable starting point to explore the coast. I keep it simple as I rent it out for the winters.

This ocean view cottage on the side of Mt Battie has a master suite with a private bathroom and a wood burning fireplace, a living room with a queen sofa bed and another wood burning fireplace, sauna, a large 6 ft wide Maine Cedar hot tub off the back deck. Hiking trails to Mt Battie summit and the rest of Camden Hills State park are accessible from our parking lot.
