I love this neighborhood and new restaurants/cafes/small businesses always pop up. Super easy access to I-95 for a quick 10 minute commute into Center City, 13 min to the stadiums, 15 min to PHL airport, or 2 min to Betsy Ross Bridge into NJ.

This stylish and spacious place to stay is perfect for a home away from home! Private entry! Everything you need is here! There’s a tv in the bedroom and living room. There’s a pool table if you want to play a fun game! If you need space to study or do some work, there’s a desk area. Personal washer & dryer is also available in the unit. Unit has neighbors above so you may hear noise/children occasionally during daytime hours. We do not accept inquiries with no complete profiles & no reviews.

The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

Dedicated 2 car driveway for guests .Very private and quiet. Heat, air conditioning, fireplace, wifi, computer desk in master bedroom. Out door deck with a great view ! The owner lives on site if you need anything ! Additional fees will apply for pets. please let us know in advance about pets. 1 pet limit unless approved by owners.

Welcome to 4oh9! A renovated duplex within a short walking distance to downtown on a beautiful tree lined street with homes dating back to the 1800’s. The duplex is located on an important avenue that connects major highways from New York to Philadelphia & Atlantic City. The downstairs unit is where you’ll be staying. It has a one bedroom with full bath, full kitchen & 1/2 bath with a full sized living room & sofa bed. We want 409 to be your comfortable, cozy getaway!
