You’ll have everything you need for the perfect getaway. Once you arrive, you won't ever want to leave.

Completely renovated house converted to look like a vintage gas station on exterior. First floor has open living area/kitchen, with functional antique wood walk in cooler, 1/2 bath, bar and garage door which opens to deck. Many reclaimed materials used in construction including brick, doors for bar, etc. Upstairs was modeled after boutique hotel with king bed, full bath and picture window overlooking stocked pond and vintage fire truck. Garage portion not included, but could be available.

Our pet-friendly cottage is close to Edinboro University, Allegheny College, Meadville, public golf courses, Lake Erie, French Creek, just off historic PA route 6. You’ll love my place because of 3+ acres to enjoy with walking trails, an outdoor fire pit in a quite, country setting with air conditioning in the living room. There are 2 golf courses, 2 microbreweries, 1 winery and so much more within a 10 minute drive! We have 2 cottages on our property, this listing is the 2 bedroom cottage

Cozy, country setting about 5 mi. from Meadville, Allegheny College, Meadville Medical Center, the Crawford County Fairgrounds, restaurants, and shopping. Our property affords off-street parking and a large back yard in a peaceful neighborhood. Erie Intn'l Airport is slightly less than 1 hr away, and Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo airports are within 2 hrs.
