The apartment is a ground floor apartment, so it is not necessary to climb stairs unless you need to use the laundry facilities. The laundry room is located in the basement of the building,with 2 coin operated washers/2 dryers available. The two bedroom apartment is 740 square feet in total. It has an open floor plan between the living room/kitchen.

This studio space is all fresh and new, located in west Hancock. Parking is easily accessible with a ground floor entryway. Downtown Hancock and Houghton are just minutes away. Located near the Hancock beach. If you aren't a camper but enjoy the day activities come and stay with all the luxuries of home. Studio size kitchen and a king size bed. We just added a heater/ air conditioner that is adjustable by the guest. The feedback has been great!
