The Apartment (75m) has a spacious living room, an exceptional terrace, a bedroom, air conditioning, and a kitchen. The closed urbanization has a glass elevator to the sea, a swimming pool, a gym, a restaurant, a sauna, and a parking lot. Nearby is a famous picturesque park and a nudist beach))).
