An option for those who want to explore the main attractions of the western part of the island, but wish to stay off the beaten track. PLEASE NOTE THERE`S A CAT living in the cottage (she's an INDOOR/OUTDOOR CAT) and it might not be suitable for those who are allergic or don't like cats. The cottage is relatively secluded in a rural environment with farms, animals and all that comes with it.

Country Holiday House

Rustic residence built with materials traditional to our region. It’s situated in a rural area, in Fenais da Luz (13 kilometres or 10-15 minutes to the city centre of Ponta Delgada. The house has everything you need if you wish to bring your family or friends. It’s close to interest points such as Batalha Golf Course, Natural pools of São Vicente and beaches in Ponta Delgada and Ribeira Grande. In a 2,5 kilometres radius there’s a pharmacy, some restaurants and a supermarket.

Casa do Pico Arde belongs to our family for over 200 years and was restored and adapted for tourism purposes, in the form of a "Villa". The house has magnificent rural arquitectural characteristics from the 17th and 18th centuries and its location means easy access to several points of attraction in the island as well as amazing and peaceful views over the both sea and mountain. (agendar conforme a sua disponibilidade) Casa situada a 3 minutos a pé do centro da cidade. As piscinas e as praias da cidade ficam a 10 min. a pé e 3 min. de carro. Temos um mini-mercado nas redondezas e um super mercado a 3 minutos de carro. Também existe nas redondezas um snack bar.
