The only shared space is the deck, patio, back yard and pool , if The Main Ellison House is rented. It has a separate living room, a kitchenette with a sink, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster. Separate bedroom w/ king bed, desk, 2 chairs and luxury linens. Unauthorized dogs and events will be charged a $500 fee.

A calming place to sit and watch the day start with a cup of coffee or relax later with a glass of wine. Cozy, comfortable, and full of art. It is a perfect place for a romantic getaway, a relaxing self retreat, or a friends weekend. Built in 1925, the carriage apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a nice little living, dinning and kitchen area.

It is located 25 minutes from COTA and a mere 40 minutes to AUS. We are 10 mi. from the BBQ capital of Texas in Lockhart. P-N Ranch is a working cattle ranch on 62 acres. The Bunkhouse has beautiful views of the hay fields and the pecan grove. It has a dock on a huge tank that is stocked with fish. Enjoy the country!
