Die Wohnung, zu der auch ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz gehört, befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Mit dem Aufzug gelangen Sie von der Tiefgarage bis fast vor die Wohnungstüre, was insbesondere bei größeren Einkäufen sehr praktisch ist. Überhaupt ist ein TG-Stellplatz in dieser zentralen Lage sehr wertvoll.

Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.
