Off the Beaten Path

Our home is located on 5 acres in the middle of farms yet we are 10 minutes from shopping and a large variety of restaurants. Tampa International Airport is 50 minutes away so we have the best of both worlds. We enjoy the quiet beauty of the countryside but can be in Tampa for theatre in minutes. Hernando county boasts of some of the best golf courses in the area. We have a walking/biking trail 2 minutes from the house. Two State parks are 10 miles away and are a great way to spend the day.

Angie's Acre

Angie's Acre is found in a wooded area of single family homes where Florida's Nature Coast really begins! Miles of walking roads run through the area. Located 5 miles from the Chasshowitzka boat ramp it offers an undisturbed woodland hideaway. 10 miles south is world famous Weeki Wachee Springs. To the north are Homosassa and Crystal River where fishing and boating is second nature. Boat parking available on site. Make yourself at home and enjoy the fenced wooded acre. Pets welcome!

The Banyon House 2br 2Ba w/Gulf access + Kayaks

Relax with family and friends at this beautiful property. Enjoy kayaking right from the dock on the property. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. Access the Gulf of Mexico and Homosassa Springs. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $50 additional pet fee per stay.

HORSE FARM Retreat, Newer Built Private Guesthouse

Escape to our private guesthouse located in our peaceful but lively 7-acre farm with our family of horses, ponies, Guinea hens, ducks, roosters, chickens, bunnies, cats, & very lovable dogs. Enjoy grabbing fresh eggs, giving animals treats, puppies belly rubs, grilling, making s’mores at the fire pit, and enjoying the farm life! Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. You can easily paddle your way to seven sisters springs with the kayaks on site, or bring your boat and park it at the home for your weekend stay! (Must be smaller boat no t-tops. Cook your catch on the backyard bbq or sit by the fire pit! On those rainy days sit on the back screened in patio. The home is close to old Homosassa and Crystal river. Also minutes to the suncoast parkway. Come relax and explore the nature coast!

Waterfront Cottage 2BR 1B

This charming house is located on nearly an acre of woodland. Fish from the dock of the screen room on the canal or kayak to the nearby lake. Relax in the private backyard Jacuzzi. Bike on the nearby Withlacoochee Trail. There are 2 bedrooms plus living room sleeper sofa, and a lanai with a day bed. Fully furnished. Orlando theme parks are 1 1/2 hour away, Busch Gardens 1 hour. Close to Weeki Wachee, Homosassa and Crystal River for manatee viewing or scallop season.
