The location is close to the airport and major highways for convenient traveling with near-by amenities such as golf and 60min away from mountains.

Enjoy amazing sunrise and moonrise views. At the Sunrise Studio you will soundly sleep on a cozy queen bed. Also offer a single couch & air mattress for extra sleep. Full bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Kitchen includes cooktop grill/griddle, sink, air fryer, toaster/convection oven microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. It is located in a peaceful newly built neighborhood with in couple of miles to Southland mall, recreation center and close to Airport. Has its own private access and gate.

The whole family will enjoy a beautiful home with gorgeous views and lots of privacy. This is a farm stay where there are cattle, chickens, and goats. Please be aware it is on acreage on the plains which is home to lots of wildlife including antelope, deer, foxes, coyotes, lizards, snakes and other critters which at any given time you may see. Please do not try to pet any of the wildlife you encounter and please respect their space.
