The newly built Chickadee allows you to experience upscale tiny living within a stones throw of some popular local attractions. While we feel the Chickadee offers plenty of privacy from the inside you should make note that it is located in the middle of a neighborhood setting and the landscaping is still being worked on though won't be disruptive to your stay. Just under a mile from downtown Gorham 20 minutes to Portland Ski, swim, shop, eat, leaf peep, hike, the activities nearby are endless

Unwind in the hot tub looking up at the sky full of stars. Take a Sauna while being surrounded by nature all around. Relax by the fire pit. Located in the majestic forest of mount agamenticus, the extensive trail system is off our road. Short drive to the Ogunquit/ york beaches, outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

Charming, modern 2-bedroom open-concept home in Lyman, this delightful house offers a lovely escape for guests. With 2 bedrooms featuring a queen bed and a full bed, a full bathroom with washer/dryer, and a nice open concept living area, this property provides a comfortable stay. Just steps from Kennebunk Pond, you can hear the loons from the deck! Quiet, serene area but just 15 minutes to downtown Biddeford and Kennebunk, 25 mins to Kennebunkport. This season, I will be on property in a camper.

Brand new house on Bonny Eagle Pond. Just built in 2024, this beautiful home boasts 2 cozy bedrooms, a bathroom with a soaker tub, and open concept kitchen, dining and living room. There’s a great back yard along with a deck patio area. There’s a beautiful loft for games, or to sit and watch the sun set. This home shares a lot with a cabin. There’s private water access for the property with a private dock/dedicated waterfront patio and multiple kayaks along with other swim toys and a swim raft.

Five miles to Gorham Center close to USM, 20 minutes to St. Josephs College on Sebago Lake, easy 30 minute drive to Portland, 12 miles to the PWM Jetport. Centrally located to many of Maine's finest breweries: Sebago Brewing, Mast Landing, Funky Bow, Nonsuch, Sea Dog, Barrel Souls, Bissell Brothers. Many local hiking trails including trails right here at our farm. Portland boasts of the finest restaurants in the state.
