Bright, homely flat overlooking Rothesay Bay !

The flat is situated across the road from the beach (about 30 secs walk) We are on the edge of the town, about 2 mins walk from the main supermarket and about 3 mins walk from the main shopping street of the town. There is free parking at the back of the building and free parking at the front too. We are situated about 7/8 minutes walk from the main ferry pier and you can watch the ferry coming in from the front windows. All in all it's a very warm, comfortable flat and we are very pet friendly.

"The Port" is a comfortable one bedroom flat in Port Bannatyne , Isle of Bute. Relax and unwind in this typical 1st floor tenement with fantastic views of the bay and the Kyles of Bute . The village has a regular bus service. There is a marina , a Post Office/shop/café , tapas restaurant, art gallery/shop , a bakery sit-in or take away and an outdoor sauna on the pier. The Anchor is a friendly community-run pub which has regular live music, a wine bar with pop up food and a monthly quiz.

Tigh-na-Blair Apartment is a self-contained upstairs apartment in the picturesque village of Corrie, Isle of Arran. The apartment boasts outstanding panoramic sea-views out of its large front windows. The ever-changing light over the ocean and the local wildlife mean you will never bore of looking out. Compact comfortable ground floor apartment with garden outlook. Situated in Craft Town Scotland on the lovely west coast of Scotland. Ideally positioned to explore Burns Country and further afield. A short drive to ferries to Arran, Bute and Argyll. Opportunities for golf, walking, sailing. Hourly train service to Glasgow with all that the big city has to offer, including some of the best restaurants in the country. 2 minutes walk to bus and train. Beach 5 minutes by car.

Sea view getaway, Gowanlea, Kilchattan Bay, Bute.

Gowanlea is situated on the waterfront in Kilchattan Bay, Isle of Bute with stunning sea views. The village of Kilchattan Bay is 15 minutes drive from the main town of Rothesay, a perfect Scottish Island rural getaway. This is a very quiet village which offers beautiful landscapes and scenery, alongside the abundance of wildlife and walks it has to offer. The village also has it's own small tearoom as you come in to the village and a bar/ restaurant 1/2 a mile away.

An ideal bright and airy 2 bedroom upper apartment, with separate lounge. There is a small kitchen, with 2 ring stove, electric oven, fridge freezer, grill/ toasting machine etc . . The apartment is 5 mins walk to the beach/promenade, and a ten min walk to town centre. The surrounding area has great opportunities for hill walking / outdoor pursuits. Provided also are tea, coffee, sugar, milk. The flat is deep cleaned and sanitized in between each stay.

The apartment is renovated to a high standard and offers three bedrooms, a modern kitchen and bathroom. It is an ideal location for a weekend away with friends or family but also caters perfectly for a longer stay.

Stunning sea views,and scenic walks

This apartment in tastefully decorated, situated in a residential area, walking distance to Kirn Victorian promenade and all local amenities.close by local activities include golfing, pony trekking,fishing ,hill climbing,and many more to explore. Since Covid 19 regulations I hire a local company to sanitise my apartment by fogging it kills 99,5% of all bacteria including Covid no harmful fumes or residue left. My priority is to protect my guests.

Our Wee Getaway

2nd Floor flat is located a few hundred yards from the ferry port and you can see when the boat has arrived from the living room window. Space consists of two bedrooms - one double and one twin, entrance hall, two large cupboards - one which has an TV and Xbox, and a living area which also has the kitchen at one end of the room. There is a washing machine, Xbox one, Wii U, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Sky Glass TV and Sky hub in one bedroom.
