We moved here to get the best of both - coastal living with near/quick/late night public transport to the City and Airport (taxi) - 20 mins, Howth marina/wkend market/hill/cafes/restaurants & pubs. Peaceful self-contained studio apartment at the top of the Howth Hill. The studio has a stunning view. It has a kitchen area with a sink, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, and a bathroom. The Summit Inn, which serves food, is a three minute walk away, as is a shop selling essentials. There are buses to Howth village, Howth train station and Dublin City Centre. Hill and cliff walks are on the doorstep The studio is attached to a family home with its own separate staircase and entrance.

Bright Coastal Studio close to City and Airport

Bright and airy studio. Newly refurbished in April 2020. Private outdoor patio. Conveniently located to the train and bus routes getting you in to Dublin City in around 20 minutes. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

Only 15 min bus journey or 5 min train (DART) journey to the city centre. A 5 minute walk from St Anne’s Park & close to Howth & Malahide. Parking available.

This bright, self-contained apartment is attached to a family home, but the access between the two is completely blocked off, providing a fully private entrance and a standalone living space. The only shared area is the driveway, ensuring your stay feels like a separate home. 5-minute walk to the stunning beaches, Sutton DART station, the airport bus, and local bus stops. Pet Friendly! We warmly welcome pets. Our own friendly animals live in the adjoining family home.
