Property is a recently remodeled conventional cypress log home, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, and sleeps 7, bdrm 1 - king bed and a single sofa bed,(suitable for a child) bdrm 2 - double bed and a set of bunks, crib available. The Parker House is a little cottage, wonderfully situated near water and LBL in Dover, TN. A spacious home boasting a large yard with a covered carport and additional parking for vehicles and boats. This home sleeps 6 comfortably (more with a pullout mattress and couch recliners), 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom. Our centralized location has beautiful views, easy access to restaurants, recreation, and scenic drives. Approx. 5 mins to (4) boat docks, 45 mins to Clarksville, TN & 2 hrs to Nashville, TN.

The cabin is complete with a Queen bed, Queen pull-out couch, full kitchen, dedicated laundry, and workspace. Up to two 50 lb dogs. (fee $45). Breed Restrictions: Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Chow, Akita. No cats. You're cozy cabin awaits!

The property is located on 20 acres of timber. Deer are regularly seen in the beautiful backyard. There is a grill on the patio that guests may use. It has central heat and air and ceiling fans. It is three miles from Kentucky Lake. There is no WiFi or cable, but we do supply dvds and VHS tapes.
