We have farm animals and we run an animal rescue that can have up to 32 dogs. They stay in a fenced-in yard where the pool is located and love to swim with guests! We have added Starlink internet to the cabin as well as a smart TV to greatly enhance your entertainment options during your stay.

The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel cookware and double ovens for your culinary needs. A propane grill and wood smoker is available for BBQ enthusiasts. Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house has a king bed in the master with attached bath, a secondary bedroom with 2 queens, an additional hall bath and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It sits on a stocked pond with a fishing pier. You will have access to fish and relax at our catch and release pond. The outdoor space also includes a patio with gas grill, large front porch overlooking the pond, covered back porch overlooking woods and a fire pit.

Neighbors are hidden by the woods and you can take short walks with trails, hills and creeks.
