This is an apartment located behind our main house. Private. The apartment is separate from the main house, fully furnished and 200 yards from the lake. Welcome to The Mural House! Centrally located in a quiet, well-established neighborhood, 7 minutes to Texas Tech and 5 minutes to the loop, you can get anywhere within Lubbock in no time! Remodeled with an open floor plan and modern design, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a game area. Each bedroom includes memory foam mattresses and a smart TV. The backyard has a gas grill, hammock chairs, outdoor seating, and a washer pit. Feel free to use our washer and dryer on site as well.

Buffalo Springs Lake is located 5 miles east of Lubbock, Tx and is a gated lake with a marina for launching boats or jet skis. It has a restaurant and often has events occurring during the weekends.
