The master bedroom has its own half bath. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a queen sized sleeper sofa and a twin pull out loveseat. Everything has recently been remodeled. You will love our authentic 12 foot farm table that seats 12. Laundry room and fully equipped kitchen. Wifi!

Wonderful home located on the water at the lower lake of Sardis. There is a private dock and a boat ramp only 1 house over. Located 3 mins from the upper lake & the marina. Screened in front & back porch. Firepit in backyard. Great getaway spot! OWNERS HAVE NO ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE OF WATER LEVELS ON THE LOWER LAKE OR IF THE DOCK WILL BE ACCESSIBLE.

Deer Camp

This cabin is located 1/4 mile from the Tanglefoot Trail. There are two grills at the cabin. A fishing pond is located behind the cabin. Air mattresses are in the laundry room for additional guests. Feel free to use condiments or anything else in the refrigerator.
