The Grand Union Canal runs to the rear.

Outside seating for alfresco dining, a fire pit for those cooler evenings (great for cooking those marshmallows). The hut is fully equipped with all you’ll need.

Nestled in the village of Coughton. A charming private shepherd's hut offers stunning views of the Warwickshire countryside. Positioned at the end of a secluded driveway and accessed via private gates, the hut is conveniently located just a short distance from our residence, allowing us to assist if needed. However, rest assured that the hut maintains its distinct privacy. Adjacent to the hut lies a farmer's field, occasionally visited by tractors and even graced by the presence of deer.

The Duck House is an open plan hand built wooden cabin situated in front of one of our lakes beside our beautiful private woodland which you have direct access to.. With views directly onto the lake it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the countryside. It is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom and has everything you will need for a long or short stay. Well behaved dog friendly. Take a break and relax in a beautiful village/countryside location. The cottage, which dates back to 1650, is a short walk to the Malvern hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are public country footpaths from the front of the cottage that are a walkers paradise. Alternatively, the large private gardens are perfect for relaxing. The village has a pub, shop, doctors surgery a mobile Post office, beautiful church and 16th century village hall, all within a short walk.

This studio annexe is on the edge of Claverdon within easy reach of Warwick, Stratford Upon Avon and Henley In Arden. Set in the grounds of a Grade II listed farm house, it has a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom. The annexe has glorious views of the Warwickshire countryside and spectacular sunsets. Plenty of good walking / cycling and a short walk through the fields to a peaceful pond. The space can accommodate a blow up bed and there is a travel cot available on request.
