Baydream Studio is a self-contained private and beautiful space built onto the side of our house. It has fabulous direct seaviews and a balcony. You can be on the sandy beach in just 2 minutes, which has a Seaside Award meaning it is one of the best beaches in England. The Studio is comfortable, spacious, light and airy. Far enough out of town to be peaceful but only a 10 minute level walk along the cliff top to the vibrant town centre where there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs.

Cherry Tree Lodge is situated at the end of our charming garden with it's own private entrance. Cosy and warm in the winter as it's fully insulated. Double bedroom, lounge area and a beautiful ensuite bathroom. You have a 50" TV with Now TV and Netflix. Tea/coffee facilities are provided with a retro fridge/freezer. The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with a high specification kitchen and bathroom with large walk in shower. The lounge directly overlooks Viking Bay, with fabulous views of the seafront and is close to the town centre and easily walkable from the station. There is a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings or cosy winter breaks. We have one large double bedroom, and a double-sized sofa bed so the apartment is comfortable for 2-4 people.

A cosy, comfortable double bedroom plus en-suite in a quiet neighbourhood in St Peters, with its own entrance and free parking. It's a 20 minute walk to the centre of Broadstairs to enjoy the many pubs, cafes and restaurants, as well as some interesting shops and a lovely cinema. For some relaxing beach time head to Viking or Stone Bay. Margate and Ramsgate are a short distance away. A perfect base to explore the Thanet coast!

Tucked away in a courtyard this newly refurbished one bedroom grade 2 listed cottage is situated in the heart of Broadstairs minuteaway from the beach. Refurbished to a high standard with high quality products. The cottage has a sofa bed in the lounge that makes the cottage sleep 4. The stairs for the cottage are very steep but are the traditional stairs for the cottage.

Flint Cottage

This deceptively spacious cottage is 3 minutes walk to Viking Beach and 2 minutes walk to the town. Shops and restaurants so close, no need for a car. We have off street parking for one car. Viking bay has a beautiful sandy beach. Steeped in Charles Dickens history with links to Admiral Nelson. Sleeping for 7 Adults plus a Toddler bed and a travel cot if required
