Surrounded by farmland and meadows with a large garden, this property offers both a country retreat but also within 10 miles of Norfolk's blue flag and beautiful beaches. A superb one bedroom detached annexe which is ideal for exploring the North Norfolk coastline and be near to the beach and town centre of Cromer. There is separate access and free on street parking on Connaught Road and Crawford Road. A local shop, bus stop and fish & chips/chinese takeways are a short walk away.
