The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. The Beara Bus....with Awesome Views

The Beara Bus is a unique living space situated on the coastline with stunning views across the Atlantic to the Sheeps Head and Mizen Head Peninsulas and Bere Island. The entrance to the harbour of Castletownbere ( Irelands second largest fishing port) can be seen with the daily coming and goings of the fishing fleet. In the waters below the Bus basking shark, minke whale and dolphins are frequent visitors. The sun rising up over Sheeps Head Peninsula can make for an unforgettable breakfast !

The Tower, Thornton Castle

Traditional & relaxed accommodation in the 16th century Scottish tower of our family home. Accessed by a spiral staircase your space comprises 2 bedrooms for 4 people over two floors in a private wing of the castle with bathroom and small sitting room. Full breakfast included. Set in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, this is an ideal stop off between Inverness and Edinburgh. Balmoral Castle, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and St Andrews are nearby. Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

Perfect for visiting The Cliffs of Moher, this one bedroom apartment with patio area, offers a fully equipped kitchen, free wifi, cotton bedlinen, towels, toiletries and cooking basics. Set at the back of my old cottage, offering plenty of privacy, overlooking the vegetable garden and apple trees. Ideal for coastal walk to The Cliffs, ferry to Aran Islands, Doolin with it's mix of traditional music pubs & fine dining. Lahinch beach and The Golf Club. The Burren National Park is 30 min away.

Charming cottage in historic Gracehill village, dating back to the 1800's, which has been lovingly restored, is full of character, with modern amenities. The comfortable living room has a working open fire, leading to an eat in kitchen which is well equipped and opens onto an enclosed patio. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a family shower room. Centrally located between Belfast and The Causeway Coast, this unique property is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area.

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.

It's a great setting from which to explore, although with a well equipped kitchen and cosy woodburner, you may not venture anywhere!
