Located near the highest village in Britain, Flash, in the beautiful Peak District National Park, 1540 above sea level, in the winter we do get some snow, the Hay Loft has been designed to create a great base for exploring the countryside. On it’s doorstep are; Dragon’s Back Ridge, Chrome Hill, Axe Edge Moor and Buxton. We are only 30 minutes from Mam Tor, Bakewell and Chatsworth House. Curlews fly around the farm. Within a mile is Flash Bar Stores serving breakfast, lunch, cakes and groceries.

Rock End Retreat is a spacious self contained bungalow with parking for two cars. It has easy access and is set in a peaceful and private setting on a working family dairy farm. The retreat is modern with plush bedrooms and comfy sofas with newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom. The outside area is securely fenced so that pooches can explore safely. Set within 16acres of grassland, with a great view out over the pond, Waters Edge has plenty of wildlife to spot. There is a lovely walk around the local sand quarry with a stop off at the Waggon & Horses and if you fancy something longer you can head up to the cloud or the roaches. You are a two minute drive to Sandhole Oak Barn and The Plough Inn.
