Brand new house in first floor in the heart of Venice, in a quiet but central street beautiful, well served by ferry, taxis, and gondolas. Five minutes from the station S. Lucia and ten minutes from San Marco. To visit the popular islands of Murano, Burano, Torcello and the Lido to the exclusive beach rather than for the Venice Film Festival and the Biennale, you can take advantage of the water-bus stop within walking distance. It is located in an old building recently renovated, although it maintained with its beams and exposed brick charm of its history The large living room with fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso, microwave, dishwasher, etc..), You will spend pleasant moments of relaxation, three cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with shower, will satisfy even the most demanding expectations. Finally you can enjoy a beautiful private garden pleasant to use during the summer months. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating. You will find bed linen, towels, and hair dryer . Nearby, you will find a great choice of typical restaurants, pizzerias, bars as well as craft shops, and a short walk, a well-stocked supermarket, pharmacy and phone shops. For the late check in you will be charged of 50 euro.

Stramare di Segusino (Treviso), a 400 m. Antico borgo su Prealpi Trevigiane, fra Piave e malghe, fondato XVI-XVII sec da carbonai istriani attirati da acque e legname. Al centro di tante possibilità: 10 min da Valdobbiadene/colline prosecco patrimonio UNESCO, 20 da Asolo/Maser/Possagno/Ville Venete; un'ora da Venezia e Dolomiti. Per anni sono stato unico abitante, oggi siamo in 6, romanticamente immerso nel verde, rilassante, per ritrovare se stessi fra natura bellezza enogastronomia escursioni.
