Cozy & very clean waterfront home, perfect for a couples getaway. Property is overlooking the Saint Andrews Channel with access to a small private wharf. Unfortunately you cannot dive from or dock boat on wharf. Ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing or simply just putting your feet up and relaxing. After a day on the water relax in front of a small campfire and watch the boats returning for the evening as the sunsets. A perfect, well deserved day of peace, calm and tranquility.

Includes one queen bed, full bath with shower, and kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, tea/coffee facilities, toaster and sink. Shared barbeque located on lower level. Small private patio off the back of the suite and parking in front. There are no shared spaces in the suite. All dishes, linens, kitchen supplies and shampoo/soap is provided. Kitchenette for simple meal prep. Full bathroom w/ walk-in shower. Private BBQ, screened tent( high season) WINTER BOOKINGS- snow tires/AWD required; driveway is steep but well maintained year-round. Muted traffic can be noticeable at times. Sorry no dogs, no motorbikes.
