Rondo's Retreat (P223829) is located in the heart of Cowaramup. With 2x queen-sized rooms, it accommodates up to 4 people and 2 dogs. Surrounded by farm land, our rural cottage will provide you with the beauty and serenity of nature. Kangaroos & farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Wineries and breweries are close by, phone reception and Netflix provided.

The views over the water to the forest backdrop are exceptional. A peaceful country feel yet close to all the restaurants, cafes and entertainment of town.

Walk in the opposite direction and in less than 200 metres you'll be deep into the forest and river trail network. You’ll love my place because of the location in the heart of Margaret River. My place is good for couples, small groups and well behaved furry friends (dogs only). It's ideal for the independent traveler who wants a home away from home. We offer FREE Wi-Fi.

Freshwater House

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

Dunmore Homestead Cottage

The quaint studio cottage overlooks the Scott River flats, the Homestead and farm land. To the back of the cottage is the untouched bush leading all the way to the South Coast. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

Right in the heart of Margaret River, this very special house and garden sanctuary includes outdoor relaxation spaces including an undercover living area with outdoor heating for the winter months. The house boasts an eclectic collection of art from my work in remote Aboriginal communities and from local artists. From the house, you can enjoy an easy walk to the river, forest and the main street galleries, shops and cafes. Winery tour operators can pick you up from the house.

Laneway is a bright & airy modern apartment, located just metres away from the bustling main street and a short stroll from the River itself, meandering through the forest. Sleeping up to 6 people, Laneway is perfect for a romantic weekend for two, long weekend with friends or time away with the kids. Please note our "2 guest rate" is based on 2 people sharing the master bedroom & en-suite bathroom- see below for details.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Arthouse SIX

An amazing down-south getaway, close to town and designed for total relaxation. Local artists’ work is displayed throughout the home, creating a warm, boutique feel. Enjoy a beautiful deck with your own waterfall plunge pool and soak spa. The home has a flexible bedroom setup: three bedrooms in total, including an upstairs master suite with private ensuite. Bookings for 1–4 guests operate as a two-bedroom stay; bookings for 5–6 guests include the master suite.
