The form, colour and materiality nestles the dwelling sensitively into the deep green bush terrain and a generous courtyard defined by carefully crafted limestone walls which seamlessly connect inside and outside while also providing privacy and shelter. The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . All the modern appliances to make you feel at home with nice and cozy beds excellent quality linen and specially chosen furniture throughout . A short walk to the beach and bush tracks , local cafes , bar & bistro the general store you can't go wrong. Private residence The managers are close by to help if required , we will leave you with a detailed list of things to do and the ins and outs of the studio and the local area. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. Easy and safe to walk to the beach with access to footpaths and nature walks out the front of the house .

Our villa has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and peaceful stay. The cottage is open style living opening on to a decking with bi fold servery windows from the kitchen.Decking with outdoor seating ,umbrella and barbecue overlooks a large grassed area surrounded by natural bush.The living area has double opening doors leading to the decking .Living area has a comfy couch ,Smart T.V , R/C aircon and a wood burning fire.The large bedroom has a king sized bed with ensuite .There is a travel cot suitable for a baby.Well supervised dogs are welcome. Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

Offshore Ridge is a modern studio situated in the real heart of Margaret River. With 5 minutes to town, 5 minutes to the beach and on the doorstep of Caves road, the main artery to local wineries, spectacular caves, forests, and the rest of all that the Margaret River region has to offer. The studio on top of the ridge, overlooks a valley that has a creek running through, and is home to many kangaroos. The space is private with a bedroom, en-suite and indoor and outdoor living areas.

This passive solar Villa is situated at Kilcarnup Beach which is moments from the town centre and Surfers Point. The two large bedrooms have King sized beds which look out onto their own private tropical gardens. There is also Weber BBQ facilities. Keep warm or cool with a split heating/cooling system. The large modern kitchenette comes with complimentary tea, coffee, milk and chocolate. While the luxurious bathroom also has a tropical garden outlook.

Margaret River Hideaway - Superior Studio

Situated just 5kms (NE) of Margaret River township, the immensely popular Margaret River Hideaway & Farmstay is a gazetted “Land for Wildlife” property. Our “farm” encompasses 23 hectares and is home to a wide array of animals including Dorper sheep, alpacas, Scottish Highland cattle, geese, ducks, guinea fowl, emus, peacocks and chickens. Kids and adults enjoy our animal feeding every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
