Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. There are two large sun-filled bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a kitchen, dinning room and living room. There’s also a third bedroom with a sofa bed for a 5th person or use it as a kids room ( we have portable crib/pack n play, a bassinet and a toddler's matresd). All rooms overlook the gardens with mountain and ocean views. This is a self contained suite in the first level of the house we live on the second floor.

This unique property offers separate access to three bedrooms and a living room, eating area, kitchenette, and sundeck. Note: Kitchenette only - no full-size oven, just a countertop 10-in-1 convection oven. Owners live in the other half of the home.

Private suite inside of a 3 storey house located within 30min walking (some may find it challenging) distance of the Langdale Ferry Terminal. In the lovely town of Gibsons, it is only a 40 min ferry ride from West Vancouver. Along with fantastic views it offers many great features such as hot tub for your private use available from October 1 to June 30 only. We also have electric car charger available on-site. Eagle Cliff is on the east side of Bowen Island facing north shore mountains and Horseshoe Bay. Our home is a 7-minute drive from Snug Cove towards Hood Point and is situated 80 feet above the waters edge. We are on the 281 bus route.
