It has a newly remodeled bathroom, separate entrance, easy parking, a partial kitchen and grocery nearby. There are no shared spaces and we are a quick bike or bus ride to downtown, Pearl St., and CU Boulder! You can walk to get coffee, a grocery store and gorgeous Wonderland lake. Kid friendly! We are on 6 acres in a 250 acre private compound with lots of hiking trails. I live upstairs with my very friendly dog.
