This building is over 100 years old and still have the original charm of the century with the necessary updates for conmfort. We are excited to share this beauty with guests! Located right on historic Lincoln Highway(being a 10-min drive to I-35/Ames), this space offers restaurants, a walking trail, and a park all within walking distance. The 2 BR apartment has private parking a great amount of space to enjoy some R&R. The kitchen is furnished and includes a coffee maker. Each entrance has stairway access.
