Afloat Studio at Flotsam Dunalley

Flotsam has two fabulous fully self-contained studios, right at the doorway to the Tasman Peninsula. Each has their own private surroundings and fantastic views. We are about 30 mins due east of Hobart Airport. It's ideal for one-night stays, but, if time permitting, treat yourself to a few days so you can explore this incredible area which is all within easy reach. The Studios are well-designed and modern, and have lovely touches which will make your stay very comfortable and special.

Bruny Boathouse

The Bruny Boathouse is nestled on the waterfront with panoramic views across d'Entrecasteaux Channel, Satellite Island & Hartz Mountain propped up in the background. This modern, newly built (2023) holiday home has been built to maximise the all day sun. The open plan makes it the perfect place for your whole family or group of friends to relax and enjoy. Each room in the house has been cleverly designed as to take advantage of the dazzling water views. The house is a short distance away from many iconic places on the Tasman peninsula, including the Tessellated Pavements, Fortescue Bay, and Port Arthur.

Home to the globally renowned Chef Sarah Glover, this cabin is a chef’s dream, renovated to fulfil each and every one of your cooking aspirations. Cast a fishing line out the front, go diving for scallops, light the fire pit and create recipes from WILD cookbook in the place that many of the recipes were first thought up!

Go straight there before heading Effa House as it's opposite direction. CCTV only installed outside to monitor externally

AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.
