Great walks and cycle rides from the door. A car is essential. Small self-contained annexe, attached to the main house, with own entrance from side of main house. Entrance hall, one main bed-sitting room with table for eating/ working, own shower room and kitchen. Use of EV charging point by arrangement. There is no TV.

Garden home: self contained, nature, no clean fee

1 King bed, 1 double sofa bed all in an open plan living space with a small kitchen area. Separate shower room. The treehouse is currently out of bounds for safety reasons. We are very sorry for any disappointment. Strongly advised to arrive by car or taxi, especially at weekends. We have 14 acres of wood and the outhouse sits next to it. There are footpaths in the country from our doorstep. Oxford is 3.5 miles away. There is a risk of ticks due to the wildlife. Info sheet in property.

The Pigsty - A Fresh Contemporary Oasis of Calm.

The Pigsty is a cosy contemporary private space for you to relax in the Oxfordshire countryside, yet only 5 miles from the Centre of Oxford. It is in the grounds of a converted barn with shops and pubs nearby offering evening options. Or the TV and broadband will enable you to have a cosy night in. Easy access to great walks and beautiful countryside, yet only a short bus ride ( 15/20 minutes depending on time of day ) to Oxford city centre. A lovey retreat to return to after a day of exploring the busy city and surrounding countryside. There is free off street parking. PLEASE PARK TO THE RIGHT AS YOU COME IN THE GATES.

A self contained flat situated in the woodlands of Bagley Wood with free driveway parking. Surrounded by trees but a 20 minute cycle from the centre of historic Oxford.
