Das Haus wurde 2024 erbaut und besitzt dadurch auch eine komplett neue Einrichtung der Räume.

Zu Konzerten in der Olympiahalle oder im Olympiastadion könnt ihr in wenigen Minuten laufen oder einen schönen Spaziergang im Park mit traumhafter Aussicht vom Olympiaberg unternehmen.
