The property has a well marked path to the nearby Hanging Dog Recreation area. The Great Room has a stone gas fireplace, wood floors, French door access to your deck, and access to a screened porch. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar/island next to your dining area. Kitchen features include a refrigerator with an ice maker/water dispenser, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and blender. Down the hall is the laundry area, bedroom with queen bed, and a bath with a double vanity. Upstairs is the loft Master en-suite with a queen bed and private bath. A full finished basement with a Rec Room, built-in cabinets with a microwave, an extra refrigerator, a bonus room with 4 twin beds, a queen size sleeper sofa and a guest bath. The French doors open up to a second screened porch. Kayaks, games, puzzles, cards and corn hole available for your use. Outside area includes a fire pit (stadium chairs are in the garage), 3 porch areas with outside dining and seating, and a floodlight camera at front walkway for your added security.
