The house sits on the edge of our family farm beside a field. A barn/pond sit nearby. The house is 2br/2ba with a living room, kitchen with essentials, dining room and laundry. An air mattress is available upon request. There's a porch & back deck with swing, charcoal grill & small fire pit (must bring charcoal, lighter fluid, wood, etc).

It features vintage details, such as glass doorknobs and beautiful hard wood floors that will make your stay in Oneonta feel extra special! This home is conveniently located off of Hwy 231, which allows easy access to the home for guests whether traveling long distances and needing a place to stop and rest on their way to the beach, etc, or for guests whose destination is the Oneonta/ Blount county area.

As of 11-9-23 we are no longer a pet friendly rental. *complete bathroom model- Feb 2022**. Please note- we love guests. But, our home is not a party house- even for bridal and groomsmen.
