Set on the edge of Blakeney, amongst trees and within a wildlife garden the annexe is a tranquil retreat. Renovated in 2023 and is furnished and run to eco/sustainable standards. A short walk to Blakeney’s historical high street and harbour. The village hosts cafes, pubs, restaurants, a fish shop, and Spar store. There are coastal walks where you can enjoy views over open landscapes, sea and salt marshes which are a sanctuary for birds. Close by at Cley beach, seals can often be seen in the sea.

Beachstone House | a peaceful seaside escape

A recently refurbished traditional flint cottage located in the heart of the coastal village of Blakeney. This four bedroom cottage sleeps seven & includes one single room (with an additional pull out bed for an 8th guest if required). The cottage is a few minutes walk from the quay which offers crabbing, sailing, kayaking, bird watching and more while pubs & shops are also within easy walking distance. Further afield you can explore the many North Norfolk sandy beaches and charming villages.

The cottage looks tiny - but step inside and you'll find a spacious two-bedroom retreat. Enjoy long walks on beaches or in the country under the vast Norfolk skies with stunning scenery as your backdrop. Breathe in that fresh air!

Welcome. Kiln Cottage, Blakeney, is our family home which we'd like you to enjoy. It's the perfect spot for a holiday or short stay within the beauty and tranquillity of the North Norfolk coast. This modern cottage, built with traditional Norfolk flint, is a moment’s walk from the coastal path, village harbour, shops and eateries. It offers total peace and quiet. I am afraid we are unable to accommodate children under 16. And we're unable to accept dogs or other pets. Parking for two cars.

Stable Cottage, Blakeney: a few steps from the sea

A minutes walk from the quay, accommodation for the discerning guest looking for comfort in a tasteful, relaxing environment. The cottage has been renovated with a gorgeous contemporary feel throughout. Close to local eateries, the sea, and local wildlife, it is great for couples and families (dogs welcome). Heating and hot water are switched on. Wood for the burner is provided from October to the end of March. We also supply bath products, milk, tea, coffee and a bottle of wine on arrival.

Loades Cottage is a beautifully restored fisherman's cottage in the heart of the small North Norfolk coastal village of Blakeney. Sleeping 3 people in comfort, the cottage is attractively decorated and has a homely feel, whilst fully equipped for an easy self-catering holiday. The cottage has full central heating and a wood burning stove, plus a secluded courtyard with outside seating. Just 2 minutes' walk from Blakeney Quay, Loades Cottage makes an ideal base to explore North Norfolk.

The National Trust properties of Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall are within a 30 minute drive.
