One of a kind artist owned and designed cottage in heart of East-West Asheville. Walkable to restaurants/shops, 2 miles from downtown and 5 minutes to Biltmore Estate. TWO beds total. The cottage has a Moroccan vibe and includes handmade pottery, art, and textiles. Walls are clay plaster and all bedding is cotton. Eco friendly cleaning supplies used. Try the outdoor tub for hot bath also! Parking is on Bradley street in front of the cottage or main house. Totally private.

More 5★ reviews than anyone in the US! We are known for our hospitality, cleanliness and comfortable accommodations. Easy access to town (no mountain roads!) and in a rural setting on our farm. Just 5 miles from Downtown and 15 minutes to Biltmore Estate. Uber and Lyft frequently used by guests and the cottage is easy to find. Lucky W Cottage has an inviting and homey feel. Take a swim in the pool and a walk around the farm or sit by the fire and gaze at the mountains.

Built in 2010, Waterfall Cottage provides a romantic, comfortable, rustic retreat space in the woods perched just above a magical flowing mountain stream. Both downtown Asheville and the charming town of Black Mountain are only a 10 to 15 minute drive away. Note: While Swannanoa was hit hard by Hurricane Helene, both our property and our woodsy neighborhood community were not severely damaged.
